Reserva Ibérica (HK) is an extension of Reserva Ibérica in Barcelona. We are committed to provide only the best quality of Iberian ham to Hong Kong market. Developed since 2006 in Barcelona, Reserva Ibérica is a brand dedicated to the perfect Iberian ham. The founder Manuel Lopez is visiting all the best producers to carefully select every piece of ham and ensure a perfect maturation to reveal aromas and flavors of the acorn-fed pigs. Today there are four successful shops in Barcelona and another business in Japan. Hams are from 100% pure Ibérico breed ranging freely in the Spanish forests (called Dehesa). Their diet is mainly based on acorns (called Bellota) and grass, they found during the Montanera – the final season spent in the forest. The transformation process is done manually by salt-bathing the legs of pork and a slow artisanal curing process. This traditional process lasts for over 36 months to ensure a perfect drying of the meat and reveal all the flavors. One of the specificity of the Iberian breed is the intramuscular fat marbling which provides a lot of flavors, and the tenderness of its meat. The acorn-based diet enriches the aromas, and adds a lot of nutrients and “good” cholesterol to the meat. We provide a range of Ibérico ham, Cold cuts, Gastronomy products, Cava and Wines. All products are from Spain and of the highest quality. We can arrange some ham-carving training for your staff and provide equipment.
